DBS Disclosure & Suitability

United Hands Care Ltd provides services to vulnerable adults and has a legal duty to ensure safe recruitment. Your appointment is conditional upon a satisfactory Enhanced DBS disclosure, including a check of the Adults' Barred List. We will only request information we are legally entitled to obtain under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. We will not ask you to disclose protected (filtered) cautions or convictions.
